As Fund Controller at United Algorithmics, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial operations of our private equity fund, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and robust controls.
Responsibilities
- Own fund accounting, NAV calculations, and capital account statements
- Manage LP reporting including quarterly reports and annual audited financials
- Ensure compliance with applicable fund regulations and tax requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators
- Build and improve financial controls and reporting processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of fund accounting or controller experience in private equity or asset management
- CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Deep understanding of fund structures, LP/GP economics, and carried interest mechanics
- Experience managing external relationships with auditors and fund administrators
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently
