As a Business Development Manager at United Algorithmics, you will source and evaluate new opportunities across acquisitions, venture investments, and strategic partnerships that expand the reach and value of the Unialg portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition targets, investment opportunities, and partnership candidates
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of target companies
- Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to leadership
- Support due diligence processes and deal structuring
- Maintain relationships with founders, operators, and advisors in the ecosystem
Requirements
- 3+ years in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
- Experience evaluating technology or deep-tech companies
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including modelling and valuation
- Excellent written communication for memos and stakeholder presentations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving team
